1 of 5 Horrible Blu-Ray Player Monday, December 22, 2008
Shad from Bradley, IL

Skipped on 2 rental movies from blockbuster, returned one and played on a second try with no scratches or smudges and still skips. Did some research online and this player is known for not allowing for firmware updates and the company that manufactures it, NOT MAGNAVOX, state that they will not make any firmware upgrades. Waste of money and a waste of material in making it. Spend a few more dollars for a better one from SONY!
