I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished GPS unit, but the price was too good to pass up. It arrived yesterday and everything appears to be operational and the directions have so far been very accurate, including the location of my house that other GPS units indicate is at the other end of the street, but the 4250 showed my house exactly where it should be. The unit came with just about all the accessories you need AC power, DC power, USB cable, window mount, soft carrying case, CD for computer and PDF manual, etc.
The only negative is that according to Magellan Support the unit does not qualify for the 3-month free subscription to Traffic Alerts. The box and paperwork included with the GPS unit indicate that a 3-month free subscription to the service is included, but the paperwork did not include the necessary 20-digit subscription activation code. I contacted Magellan Support, and they were very courteous, but they said the GPS unit I had did not qualify and apparently the Free Traffic service had already been used prior to the unit being refurbished.
