Ordered this product for my daughter's birthday and was disappointed when it arrived to find it was used, as I did not get that impression when I ordered it. Seemed to be in good working condition, though it still had someone else's inappropriate music on it. Because I didn't want my 13-year-old daughter to have no birthday gift, we deleted all the music and gave it to her anyway. If I'd had more time before her birthday I would have returned it and found one that wasn't previously owned.

Second unit i've purchased (myself & my wife). packed with features,good sound,stylin'!!! Only complaint, needs an adapter to use standard (2.5mm) ear buds or headphones but they can be found for $5 or $6 bucks and i'm still using the ones that came with the unit i bought 1yr. ago... Would recommend this product to anyone looking for the features found in the Trio.

I really loved this piece.was nt sure before buying , to get 1GB with comparatively low cost than others in market, but I am very much satisfied with the performance. very good sound quality, i liked it better than ipod shuffle. menu isnt that user-friendly, it takes time to understand all features. but else its very good to buy.

I bought this item recently from Buy.com and found that this piece is completly worth the price. Good looks, lot of excellent features. cons: The headphone jacks doesnt fit all the regular pins, you will need an adapter. - It will take you sometime before you can get used to it. The manual that comes with it could have been written to make it for understandable and it also lacks some information - Transferring songs to and fro from this device is a little headache sometimes. - menu navigation takes sometime to get accustomed to. Pro: Has a variety of features and the money that we pay for this is really worth it. I would recommend buying this. Deepak

Great functionality and ease of use. I have a little trouble with the mp4 part of downloading video, but have not spent much time in trying to figure out. I am very happy overall with this device and it is a cheaper alternative to the ipod. I would have trouble spending $200 on an mp3 player, since they are almost disposable in a year. buy.com delivered in 3 days and I am very pleased with the purchase. I use it while i'm snowboarding and it works like a charm -go for it, you will be stoked.
