This is one of the best Mp3 players I've ever owned. I recieved the player a few months ago, and had no trouble learning how to use it. I actually have two and one of the players stopped working. A few minutes on the phone with the Tech Support (Who was very helpful) and I was sending the unit in for replacement. The response was quick, and I had a new one in about a week. For the price and usefulness, get a Mach Speed Trio mp3 player. Was this review helpful?

I am very unhappy with this company. I purchased 2 mp3 players from them. This particular one had the headphones break the day after Christmas (it was a gift), and the screen broke 5 days later. Mach speed says the screen will not be covered by a warranty. On the other item I bought, they weaseled out of a rebate. Please do not trust them. Was this review helpful?
