Caught on stage at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City, this is an awesome way to experience the many musical talents of Melissa Etheridge. Recorded in 2004, the show was part of a tour designed to promote her album "Lucky," with the corresponding on-the-road travelling party appropriately dubbed the "Get Lucky Tonight" tour. Etheridge and her band work their way through the entire contents of the record, as well as dropping in a few old favorites to delight the crowd. Also included is an extensive documentary on Melissa's life, which follws her through a typically hectic day, offering valuable insight for her legions of fans. But it's in the concer arena that she really excels, and among the songs performed here are "Lucky," "Come On Out Tonight," "Kiss Me," "This Moment," "Good Girls and Boys," and many others.
