    I have a MAC and the features/software packaged with the camera is disappointing. Also, messenger programs don't support MAC that much so I can't really maximize this on my MAC Laptop. However, this is a great camera for PC though! This product performs best on Yahoo and other Messenger services supporting Voice and Video Calls. The internal mike has a great picks-up and I don't need to shout. I have only tried the Face Tracking feature on my MAC and it might be I don't know how to use it (and I don't like reading manuals) that's why it doesn't work well for me. Still giving this 4/5 since I'm not satisfied with the MAC support (useable though) but performs great on a PC.
