This was a great purchase. The Pure-Fi Dream is everything it was advertised to be and I am very happy with my choice. I love the look and the sound of it. It is easy to set up and use with or without the remote (which is also very handy). It has a beautiful clear sound and it's compact so that it fits nicely on your night stand. I highly recommend purchasing the Pure-fi, it will be worth every cent you spend. However, I agree with the other reviewer, the adapter is very cumbersome. If you're lucky like I was, you'll be able to hide it under a bed or somewhere.

5 of 5 Great, but BEWARE the BIG BRICK Monday, October 20, 2008

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and it works great. The only negative I can see with the unit is the HUUUUUUGE external AC adaptor. We have our Pure Fi Dream on a nightstand and we were able to hide the adaptor on the floor behind the nightstand. I cannot see how you could place this on a countertop without adding very ugly clutter.
