4 of 5 This little guy has huge sound! Saturday, November 22, 2008

I looked at a lot of different ipod docks before I settled on this little guy. The sound is really great for such a small set of speakers and can get pretty loud too. He comes in a nice carrying case that holds the remote and charger with a pretty cool cord wrap built in.
I sail on small boats and I put this guy in the hatchway and use the remote from the tiller. Everybody who sails with me loves it, and the price was great (I got it with the $30 rebate).
The only problem I've found is that the battery seems to be a little weak. It lasts quite a while when it's charged, but it doesn't seem to hold a charge very long (that's why I gave it a 4.
Compared to the $300 and even $800 ripoffs that are out there...this thing is great. Oh and it works with my iPhone by the way. Was this review helpful?

Sound is good+, with the enhanced stereo effect great on some music and awful on others.
Plays for a long time on battery power, and is slim enough to pack easily.

I would recommend these speakers to anyone who needs a portable music system for their iPod.
The sound quality is very good. The system does not have the low bass sound of a Bose unit, but for the price it is a great value. Also, the 10 hour rechargeable battery is awesome. The size is small enough to fit into my carry on roller bag when I travel and quickly and easily sets up again in my hotel room. Another great feature is the remote control. I didn't think I would use it, but you are able to control all the menus and playlists on your iPod from up to 15 feet away from the sound system. In addition this unit is listed in Outdoor Magazine as one to their recommended products of the year. Was this review helpful?

This is an excellent product. The sound is fantastic, clear, not tinny or having too much base. My only complaint is that the remote does not work. It would have been too much of a hassle to return the item, as was suggested. Fortunately, Logitech has an excellent website & it's a snap to order a new remote. I say about this unit...I love it! I get about 10 hours of playing time with this unit. Preforms very well. very portable...i take it to the beach, camping or just outside doing yard work. it even recharges my iPod when plugged in...all my friends what one too. Was this review helpful?

This is a sleek, stylish and extremely satisfying unit all-around. Moreover the sonic staging of the playback from selections ranging from Steely Dan to Howard Shore film soundtracks, is exceptional for it's size.
Took this unit (in it's great compact carrying case) to the cabin this past week and thoroughly enjoyed our music library thanks to it's room filling delivery. The smart remote along with the ipod charging feature are additional pluses. The rebate makes it a can't miss purchase. Was this review helpful?

I bought this Lil guy at the price of $59. I would highly reccomend it at that price, however it is definately not worth over $100. The 10 hour battery life IS AMAZING, fished from 10pm to 7am with this Lil guy blastin. Maximum volume isn't very high so great for individuals, not for parties!!!

I was looking for a AC charger for my iPod. This unit caught my attention and the rebate offer made it a good deal. The unit is small with 4 speakers and the tiny little speakers can really perform. Treble and bass is execellent. The logitech "Stereo" button adds more punch. Remote control could control the unit and iPod from 30+ feet. The carrying case is sleek and usable. The backup in-built battery allows it to carry around. I'd recommend this to anyone. Grab one when the MIR is on!!!
