5 of 5 Simple, Comfortable, Great Tuesday, June 21, 2005 Jake from Lawrence, Kansas
I bought one of these about 2 years ago and have had absolutely not problems with it. The design is comfortable and very simple. The feature that I like best is that there is a small button just below the two main buttons in the middle that acts as a back button in Internet Explorer. I have grown so accustom to using that button that I get annoyed every time I have to use a mouse that doesn't have it. As long as the MX300 is still around, it's my mouse. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 mx300 My old favorite Thursday, October 21, 2004 Steven K. from San Marcos, Tx
I am a big fan of Logitech mouses. I've tryed almost all there is, even the the new red and blue Logitech mx510's. And I keep coming back to the mx300. I love the shape and size of the mouse and its simplicity. The fact that it does not have 20 buttons on it allows for a smaller more compact size that fits easy in your hand and is easy to move. I hope Logitech never quits making the mx300 model because it is my favorite. I will continue to buy this excellent product for as long as it is being produced. Was this review helpful?

I have a basic Logitech optical mouse that I use with my desktop, but needed another mouse for my laptop. I found the price of this MX-300 only slightly higher than the basic model so I figured I would try it out. Two days after I ordered it, it arrived, and I was very pleased with the control of the mouse. The feature I really enjoy is the hot key, where you press it to see a listing of all of your open windows and you just click to choose the window you want. This is especially helpful using XP. The MX300 is accurate and smooth. I take it to and from a part time engineering job where I use Pro/E. It continues to operate, whereas most mice would have cord problems due to consistent movement. I have had bad experiences with wireless mouse resolution being very poor, and the cords of Microsoft mice becoming kinked. It is unfortunate I did not have this Logitech mouse 2 years ago.
