2 of 5 Bad earpiece Tuesday, December 18, 2007 A Customer from Midwest, Ohio
This was the best headset I ever purchased for outside use. The mic did an incredible job filtering out wind and background noise. As the previous preview stated, the earpiece breaks real easy. I couldn't find my receipt so they wouldn't take it back. It only took three months to break. Bad design on an overall good piece of technology. Was this review helpful?

This is very painful. Works well and is easy to use, but can be quite painful regardless of position on the ear. Was this review helpful?

I had to have my Logitech Bluetooth Traveler Headset replaced 3 times because the rigid plastic earpiece (encased in rubber) broke 3 times. After the 3rd time they chose not to replace it because it had been a year since I purchased the first one. This is a ridiculous policy seeing that the warranty should be based on the last one sent. Even the customer service representative hinted it was a bad design because in order to "fix" the headset a whole new device needed to be sent instead of just the earpiece (it probably costs 5 cents). The headset itself is good, but if you cannot wrap it around your ear, what good is it? I don't know who designs these, but I would hesitate to buy any Logitech product because of my experience: The wasted time trying to replace a product that could be more simply designed and customer service that was actually more geared to satisfying the customer. If someone from Logitech reads this, it would be nice to get a human response. Was this review helpful?
