Although for the price of the Harmony 1000 it should be included at no charge, the RF receiver works perfectly. The install instructions are not as clear as they should be, but the phone tech support people are extremely nice and efficient. After a short call, everything worked perfectly and I have been extremely satisfied with the product. Was this review helpful?
