    5 of 5 Great Replacement Tuesday, December 01, 2009
    A Customer from Texas

This is my second of these remotes, my 2 year old lost the first one, which was about 2 years old. Upon opening this model I could immediately feel a difference between this model and the previous version. This one seemed much more sturdy, button response is greatly improved, and there is a dust cover over the USB port. The web configuration leaves much to be desired, but the remote itself is great, especially with the four xbox buttons. I have yet to use them for my XBOX (as it wont be delivered until later today), but I have this remote configured for my FIOS, Stereo, DVD Player, and my HTPC, and love it, would buy a third if I had to.

4 of 5 Kinda slow... but a great product! Wednesday, April 15, 2009
    Kat from Youngstown, OH
I have to say, not having to pull out five or six different remotes is wicked nice. A bit pricey for me, but I think it's worth the money for the convenience. It was very easy to set up... the hardest part was digging around the back of my entertainment center to get the model numbers off of my DVD player! I bought it specifically because it was made for the Xbox - makes movie watching from the console much easier, and takes care of the remote overload us entertainment geeks are burdened with. The only complaint that I have is that starting an activity sometimes runs a little slow. I'm pretty happy with it overall though.

5 of 5 Logitech Harmony Remote for the Xbox 360 Thursday, March 26, 2009
    John from Cleveland, Ohio
This remote is beyond cool. It is fantastic. The software was a little tricky at first but then i got the hang of it. I thought the reciever on the bottom of the device was a nice touch. It is there so that remote can learn the owners original remote which is cool because the harmony remote didn't learn everything about one of my original remotes. So i used it and it is working great. It even has kind of a make your own button option. For example, if you have a button that's not on the harmony remote to run that same buttons funtion on the orignal remote. Then you can make your own button. You give it a name and then have it learn that buttons funtion. When you save it to the remote it will show up in the little lcd box on the harmony remote as a button that you can click on. So far it has replaced 5 remotes for me and every single button i use to use are on this Harmony remote and the originals are put away. You can also group stuff together like the activities button on the top of the remote. You press that and it gives you a list of options that you preset. If i want to watch tv it will turn on my tv, cable box, and turn on the right component for that divice. Same thing with the Xbox 360 if i want to play i press play xbox and it turns on the tv, the xbox and changes the component for me. It also shuts off the other devices that are not in use at the same time. And it does it quick too i think. I was kind of upset that it doesn't control my ceiling fan because it has a button of it's own, where i can dim lights and turn on the fan, but that's fine because it controls the main stuff that i wanted it too. I also didn't like the fact that after the remotes green lights are off the words are still on the lcd screen, i'm afraid they might drain the batteries. But over all it is a good buy and worth getting because having tons of remotes is a pain, with this Logitech Harmony Remote everything is compact into one remote. I love it and anyone who buys this remote will too. Thank you Logitech Harmony for a fantastic remote.

    5 of 5 Impressively Universal Wednesday, October 01, 2008
    Mike from St. Cloud, MN
After being on the market for so long, i finally had a reason to purchase this remote. I was able to combine 4 remotes, and an Xbox 360 controller down into ONE remote... and the harmony has yet to fail me. I've fallen in love with using this remote for windows media center as well! congrats to Logitech for purchasing this line of remotes. don't waste your money on cheap universal remotes from wal-mart... go harmony or go home.

    4 of 5 Works great when it's not a dud Saturday, August 23, 2008
    Bill from Newport Beach, CA
I ordered my remote and when I got it, I noticed there was battery "crud" from old, leaking batteries. Apparently that must of caused the remote to fry because just nothing was working. I tried the "safe mode" firmware update and still nothing. I was able to return the remote (even though I had to pay shipping for the return), but then a new remote was sent right away. The new one worked as expected right out of the box. The learning capabilities are great and I haven't found any button on my existing remotes that I couldn't either match up with the software or have the remote "learn" the function. You'll probably have to "tweak" your settings a few times to get them just right, but it's worth the effort in the long run to make everything work as it should. It's so great to not have 8 remotes my coffee table anymore!

    5 of 5 Simple Monday, March 03, 2008
    Chris from Lewisville, TX
I have purchased 5 universal remotes over the last several years with very little success. Then I purchased the Harmony 360 for the gameroom. The set up was extremly easy and worked the first time. I like the cutomized button feature and the easy activity setup. I am now back at buy.com to purchase a second harmony remote for the living room. Finally a universal remote that is...universal!

    5 of 5 Easy Setup Sunday, January 20, 2008
    Dave from Peoria, IL
After buying a new TV and surround sound system, I was using 5 remotes to watch TV....Cable box, TV, Satellite box, Surround sound and DVD player! Not one of those remotes would control EVERYTHING. I took a shot after hearing some good things about this remote. It was the easiest thing ever. Take the time to write down your model numbers before you start and you will be done in 10 minutes with programming everything!! Create an account on the web site, list what you have and what you want to happen when you click an activity and you are DONE! Now, I click on "Watch Cable" and every piece of equipment comes on and is set to the right input and I am watching TV in seconds!

    5 of 5 A must have Friday, November 30, 2007
    Paul from Indiana
I have had the remote for about a month now, and it is great. I could never go back to using the other remotes (which are all supposedly "universal") that came with my TV, DVR, or Receiver. I wrote an in-depth review on my blog (link below) if you want to know more about it. http://www.techconsumer.com/2007/11/16/review-harmony-remote-for-xbox-360/

5 of 5 Very nice remote Wednesday, October 25, 2006
    Uzer X from Aliso Viejo
I did not get this remote just because I had an Xbox 360, it was exactly what I was looking for and the Xbox functionality was a bonus. Setup was pretty easy. I have tweaked it a little more as I notice new things. Now I have 1 click macros for watching TV, playing the 360, or watching a DVD. Great form factor and the green back light is awesome. It did burn through the first set of batteries pretty fast, but there are settings that control when and how long the light will be on that I have not changed yet.

5 of 5 Great Solution! Great Support! Thursday, February 16, 2006
    JKW from Costa Mesa, CA
I finally caved in and got a universal remote when I got my Xbox 360. This thing plugs into your computer and is fully programmable. However, I had some problem with my Samsung DLP not working correctly with this. The good thing is that Logitech Customer Support is the best and they walked me through everything to make my system FLAWLESS now. I love the back-lit screeen and I love the design and ease of use. Finally, I can get rid of 4 remotes and just use 1...
