I have the product hooked up in the entertainment room for running the entertainment computer, and it works great. I haven't experienced any lags (typing and a few seconds later, the letters would come up on the screen) like with other wireless keyboards that I've used in the past. I would recommend this product highly. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Finally found solution. Wednesday, April 08, 2009 A Customer from Fort Worth, TX
I have tried several wireless mouse and keyboard but was not satisfied with anyone. Finally I gave up the idea of buying any wireless mouse/ keyboard. After some time I visited my friends house and tried the same product and I was really impressed and decided to take last chance. Buying experience was excellent with buy.com and the Logitech product is also wonderful. It has long cable and easy to establish connection. I strongly recommend this product. 5 of 5 Good buy! Tuesday, April 07, 2009 Satisfied in St. Louis from St. Louis, MO
I needed something quick, dirty, and inexpensive, and this was perfect. It's pretty sturdy as both the keyboard and mouse have been dropped a few times, and is easy to clean. Works well from 9-10 feet. Allowed me to finally hook my computer up to my TV so I can stream Netflix all I want. Other control keys are easy enough for even my wife to figure out, which is definitely a plus. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 I like it Tuesday, March 24, 2009 A Customer from Tuscaloosa Alabama
I am not a high tech person and it was easy to install. I have had no problems and love the fact that I can place it in my lap and not have to worry about the cord. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Works well for short-range wireless Thursday, March 19, 2009 A Customer from Beltsville, MD
PROS:
* Nice looking keyboard & mouse
* Tactile sensation is very good
* Very few dropped letters in typing, if any
* Clever use of battery weight to give the mouse heft
* No problems being recognized and used by Windows XP (I am using the USB port connection)
CONS:
* RF product means a really short range, so use for wired keyboard/mouse replacement only.
* I use the left mouse button a lot, and it has already begun to squeak. Maybe I can open it up and clean it (with 5W30 :)) or something.
I have tried wireless keyboard/mouse products in the past, but this is the first one I have liked and worked well with. There are 2.4GHz frequency wireless products out there now with much better range, if that is what you need. But Logitech products have usually given me years of service before bidding goodbye. 4 of 5 Great wireless set Monday, March 16, 2009 CK from Garden Grove, CA
Every thing was great. Didn't even have to press the CONNECT button for the set to work. I sit 15' away from the receiver and never miss a stroke of keyboard or mouse.
The only thing I wish it has is POWER ON/OFF button to save the power. But if it last 6 months or so, it doesn't really matter.
I had to turn off the CLOSE application feature on the keyboard due to the location of the button which caused the closure accidently of the application I was on. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 I use a Mac that also runs windows Monday, March 02, 2009 A Customer from New York, New York
I didn't like the Mac keyboard because I am used to a PC keyboard and because I use the Windows program more than the Mac (which I hardly ever use) I got this mouse and keyboard and it works great. I haven't tried it on the Mac side but I still have the Mac keyboard Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Keyboard a little diff, but great value Wednesday, February 25, 2009 KB from Longwood, FL
It arrived today 2 days after placing my order. I could not wait to set it up. Setup was quick and easy and it works great. Only thing is the smaller than usual keys but they are more spcaed apart than normal. Very springy keys....I like it!!!! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Get this deal Saturday, February 21, 2009 A Customer from Chicagoland
Everything works perfectly. Even though the receiver is supposed to be within 8 inches of the keyboard and the mouse, it has sufficient reception range so that your keyboard and mouse can be at the other end of a reasonably sized desk or table. If you are looking for one of those high performance gaming keyboards, this one is not for you. But if you're looking for a no frills wireless set up this will be do the trick. Also installation of "drivers(?)" or "programs(?)" was as easy as anything I have installed on my computer. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Value and Performance! Saturday, February 07, 2009 oldscoutboy from Bradenton, Florida
My EX-110 Keyboard and Mouse work perfectly with my Fry's GQ MX-3203 laptop computer running Windows XP Home. Software installation was quick and easy. Receiver plugs into a USB port (adapter is also provided if you need to use a PS2 port). Special function keys are easily programmed using the user-friendly setup program. I use this gear with my home entertainment center. The receiver is located directly under the 52 inch LCD HDTV. Both keyboard and mouse work perfectly (no jerkiness or stuttering) at a range in excess of 12 feet. Great products...and Buy.com 2 day free delivery was super! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 GREAT PRODUCT! Monday, January 05, 2009 A Customer from Canal Fulton, OH
I have had one other wireless keyboard/mouse combo, also at the lower end of the price chain, and this one is working as well as that one did. I don't know what the more expensive ones offer, but this works as well as any wired keyboard or mouse worked, and as an added bonus, it's wireless. I work on it at least 8 hours a day and I have no complaints. A couple of the features I love are the: one touch calculator button and one touch mute button. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Logitech wireless stuff just works! Saturday, December 06, 2008 WDPhillips from Trinidad, Colorado
Bought one, then I bought two more. All three are in a business point of sale environment and they work great! No more keyboard and mouse wires to clutter the counter. Logitech even includes real Duracell batteries! In 5 minutes you are up and running. Logitech wireless stuff just works! Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Good product but needs adapter for a laptop Monday, November 24, 2008 A satisfied customer from North Brunswick NJ
This is a great product but to hook up to a laptop, it needs to have a PS2 to USB adapter.
Typically, you can get that for less than $20. However, that adds to the tab, right?
Overall performance of the product is great. Sometimes it slows down or gets stuck. Simple fix is to take out the USB and plug it back again - so far has worked like a charm. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Just Using the Keyboard Tuesday, October 28, 2008 graphics from NYC
<B>Background:</B>
I bought a logitech keyboard/mouse combo last year and the keyboard broke down so I decided to get this model as a replacement keyboard and emergency mouse, if I ever need it.
<BR><BR>
<B>The keyboard</B> is quiet compared to most keyboards even though it's not labeled as silent. The keys have a low profile and are comfortable. The group of six keys that we normally see above the cursor keys has been repositioned and modified. home and are on the top left and right respectively. Delete takes up the remaining two left spaces (I think this is great because I use this key often and it's in a better position and size than most keyboards. Page up and down take up the right side, logically page up is on top and down on the bottom. I prefer this layout for these keys.
There are 3 hot keys on the upper right that control launching apps: Mail app, Homepage or internet, Calculator. I like the idea of the calculator being there it's usually buried in start menu subfolders so it's great having it there for quick calculations. The rest of the hotkeys on the top are as follows
<BR><BR>
<B>Hotkeys:</B>
Along the top
Group of 4: Play/pause, stop, last track, next track
Group of 3: Mute, lower volume, raise volume.
Group of 3 3 hot keys on the upper right that control launching apps: Mail app, Homepage or internet, Calculator. I like the idea of the calculator being there it's usually buried in start menu subfolders so it's great having it there for quick calculations.
<BR><BR>
Along the side:
Two keys one, I believe, is the programmable key and the one under that is the back button.(Web back or folder navigation back)
<BR><BR>
<B>F Keys:</B><BR>
Function keys are toggled between the standard F1-12 or alternate functions. The keys are as follows:
<OL>
<li> Home
<li>MS Word
<li>Excel
<li>(Powerpoint?)
<li>Back
<li>Forward
<li>Print
<li>Save<BR>
9-12: A, B, C, and D respectively. I think these are programmable as well.
</OL>
<BR><BR>
<B>Overall:</B>
The keyboard is aesthetically pleasing though though hot keys look cheap when compared to the rest of the board they work fine and are not poorly made.
<BR><BR>
The mouse I've never used. I chose to stick with my old mouse because it was rechargeable.
<BR><BR>
<B>Note:</B> Most wireless keyboards I've used use AA batteries this one, however, uses AAA. Nothing to be concerned about but just thought I'd point it out. Batteries for both the mouse and keyboard are included in the package. Which is always nice. Was this review helpful?
1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. 4 of 5 Logitech EX110 wireless keyboard & mouse Friday, October 24, 2008 A Customer from Las Vegas, NV
Fair price for a good set.
Effortless setup. Put in the batteries, follow the directions to link the board and mouse to the receiver, and you're done. There is no software to install, no configuring the computer.
ONE annoyance. The mouse squeaks constantly. Don't know what to do about it. I'll check it out online. Some techie who couldn't stand the noise will have the answer.
The keyboard has a nice touch and a small footprint. I dislike the huge keyboards that take up so much space.
As always, buy.com provided FAST shipping and an effortless transaction.

The keyboard is well built, slick, and Logitech quality except for one thing. The response time for the keyboard seems to be lacking, in terms of typing very fast but having the letters appear a tad bit slower. It's not a real big gripe, but can become an annoyance. Besides that Buy.com never fails to amaze me with a smooth buying process, and fast shipping. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 great price Saturday, October 11, 2008 A Customer from rochester, ny
Nice design. Soft keys, as expected with Logitech. No problems so far. It would have been better if the wireless range was stronger than it is, but its always comfortable if you are not sitting far away from your PC. As others have pointed, no way of saving battery life when not is use ! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 great buy Wednesday, October 01, 2008 A Customer from Converse, TX
I bought this for my 7 year old son and he loves it. He uses it in his room and has a pc hooked up to his HD tv and the wireless option works great. You do have to place the transmitter at a level where it can be picked up by the mouse. The keyboard is less sensitive..great buy for the keyboard and mouse combo! Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 It is good but can be better Thursday, September 25, 2008 A Customer from Iowa city
Positive observations: high quality service from Buy.com, the package arrived shortly after my order; the keyboard and mouse are working very well as I have expected from Logitech products. However, two things could be improved: clearer instructions to install the keyboard, mouse, and software. My confusion was from "too much emphasis" on when using the green/purple booths and when using the "black" (i.e. you should take off these booths); picture demo did not help to clarify my confusion as when I am confused, I need other way to find better information instead of repetition! Also, selling/buying a set of keyboard and mouse seems not a good idea when the wireless mouse is "out of date" in terms of functions:no on/off battery using (therefore waste energy when not using it), using a station to install the mouse instead of a direct flash drive for it. Bottom line: if you need to purchase a keyboard and a mouse, do not buy them as a set so that you would have more options to consider for each item. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great, compact wireless keyboard Thursday, September 25, 2008 Randy from Hillsborough, NJ
I had a previous wireless keyboard for years which died a few months ago; forcing me to purchase a new one. With so many options, it was hard to pick a good unit. I actually went with a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard since that's what I had before. The product did not work out of the box and their tech support wasted hours of my time sending me to one rep after another. I returned the product and decided Microsoft wasn't the brand I wanted, and then I saw this keyboard and mouse on Buy.com. I must say, it's really great. The mouse and keyboard are very responsive and feel comfortable in the hand. I was worried that the keyboard was so much slimmer than what I was using; but it feels great. The product was also a snap to set up. I might have liked a few more dedicated function buttons on the keyboard, but it's a minor complaint. Overall, if you're looking for an economical and sturdy wireless keyboard and mouse set, this is a great option. Was this review helpful?
1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. 4 of 5 Great product but ... Wednesday, September 24, 2008 A Customer from Austin, TX
The keyboard uses AAA battery and mouse uses AA. This is unconventional but hasn't bothered me yet. I would prefer to have the keyboard also use AA though.
What bothers me is the position of the 6 special keys above the arrow keys i.e. Home, Delete, PgUp, PgDn, ... The Insert key was moved away. The remaining 5 keys are arranged in a portrait way instead of landscape like other desktop keyboards, with the delete key made twice as big I am used to other keyboards such that I can hit those keys with almost no looking. I can't do it with this one.
Everything else is great. Was this review helpful?

I was disapointed the keyboard and mouse could not be used in conjuction with a KVM switch.
My KVM switch requires a scroll-lock key sequence to change computers and there is no such key available.
I thought I might be able to program one or more keys with the included software, but was unable to do so.
My wife has another version remote keyboard/mouse from logitech and is pretty happy with it - I was able to customize certain keys on that unit. Was this review helpful?

Overall this product works as advertised. I needed it to drive a PC from across my multimedia room. The range of 10 feet is beyond the capability of this unit. This information should be documented in the tech specs. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great Buy from an A+ Retailer Wednesday, September 24, 2008 anad from Smyrna, GA
I am very satisfied with both the product and vendor(Buy.com). Keyboard works great and we own 4 of them now, but planning to get more. It is a very well working wireless keyboard/mice combo and is recommended. The item was on sale only at Buy.com with a mail-in-rebate, which I normally take advantage of. We had one issue in the past with Buy.com, but never since. Keep up the good work! Was this review helpful?

3 of 5 Good keyboard with BAD mouse Wednesday, September 24, 2008 Cheears from Nutley NJ
I've recently purchased this keyboard + mouse from buy.com. I'm a Logitech fan and prefer to use its brand. But this time I was disappointed. Keyboard is really good but mouse is hard to use. Your finger has to work hard to click. May be because it’s optical (old) technology? I've used Microsoft optical mouse for 4 years and it was way better then Logitech.
Even my Logitech optical (with cord) muse is running smoother then this.
But what else you can expect at this price? Imagine, you are paying for keyboard and getting cheap mouse for free.

5 of 5 Great buy for the money Wednesday, September 24, 2008 Todd from Byron Center, MI
So far, we've been very happy with our purchase. Both the mouse and the keyboard were extremely easy to set up and it has been quite easy to figure out how to change settings. The hotkeys are really nice, work well, and were a breeze to set up. The only issue we had was that the signal from receiver interfered with our wireless internet signal. But we simply had to reposition the keyboard receiver and everything worked fine. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Works well. Good deal Wednesday, September 24, 2008 A Customer from Florida
I got this about a month ago for $18 shipped after $10 MIR. Works well for my needs. I put my old desktop behind the TV and use the TV for a monitor so I needed an easy to use wireless keyboard. This is plug and play and works great. It has limited range but I can sit about 6-8 feet away and it works fine. Not a bad deal at all and I will certainly use it more. The enhanced function keys seem interesting but I haven't used them yet. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 A great deal! Tuesday, September 23, 2008 Amit from Atlanta, GA
The mouse and keyboard works perfect, just as intended. I did not experience a single break in connection, and the range is pretty good. The keys above the arrow keys (insert, delete, etc.) are rearranged, which might cause some inconvenience to users who are used to conventional style. However, I would highly recommend it due to its inexpensive cost. Was this review helpful? Click here to see all 147 reviews
