i pretty much play PC games. this set wasnt very expensive its a little ruff around the ears after using it for a while but the sound is pretty good everyone on vent always heres me crystal clear. i was actually pretty amazed how i could listen to music talk on my microphone and play counter-strike all at the same time without having to yell or someone yell at me to tell me to shut my music off. im pretty happy with this other then they could have made it a tiny bit more comfortable around the ears. sound from these are pretty good loud and clear. I play several video games that require me to chat with my clan mates/teammates. The only sound the mic does NOT pick up is my own voice. You literally have to put the mic inside of your mouth and scream for it to pick up your voice. I suggest you purchase the Logitech Extreme Gaming headset or the Logitech Internet Chat headset as both of those products have functional microphones and are far cheaper. If you want more info, look at the ratings on Amazon. If this review doesn't deter you from purchasing this, surely one of the 100+ negative reviews there will. Was this review helpful?

played counter-strike source on it for about an hour. i was listening to music and playing at the same time. i could hear other people clearly and the music levels were good too. worth the money IMO . everyone could here me clearly. the game sound effects mixed with the music and other people talking was pretty impressive i could hear all 3 things at once with no trouble distinguising them apart.other then it could be a tiny bit more comfortable around the ears.other then that im happy with it. For what it costs I ... am going to go with you can get better. The main issue is the one size fit all head item. It straps the back of your head... with a piece of plastic. They should of gone with Velcro, leather, nylon, or rubber, Now... I am sure some gamers are leaning over their keyboards smashed against the computer screen. I'm not. I sit in a recliner. A leather one. and I lean back. This thing is annoying. The ear things are not cool at all. They're hot... Also they don't fit if you own glasses. It crushes your the ear piece of your glasses against your head. Sound quality is good. Voice cancellation is good. Comfort is bad. It defiantly doesn't "do" what it says it does in regards to being able to be worn for long periods of time and feeling cool. Was this review helpful?
