Keyboard - Wireless - 104 - Mouse - Wireless - Laser

Purchased brand new MX3000. After about two months, keyboard and mouse just stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled software, did not help. This is a week after my Mom's Logitech mouse (wireless/mouse combo) stopped working. Had to buy a new mouse for her. Seems like quality control just not there for Logitech. I suggest buying wireless mouse/keyboard from other vendor.

This is a great product for the price. The laser mouse is really precise, and the keys on the keyboard feel really great. I have two minor complaints: 1) There are no "Caps Lock", "Num Lock", and "Scroll Lock" lights on the keyboard. Instead, it relies upon OS-dependent software which will briefly display "Caps Lock On" or "Caps Lock Off" when you push the button. I find this irritating. 2) My particular unit sometimes has issues with communication. It's best to keep the receiver within line-of-sight of the keyboard and mouse, or you might find that the keyboard drops letters or the mouse is a little jerky. It's probably not the battery dying (my first thought). Try moving your receiver around instead. I've had mine for a year and a half and other than the two things above, it still works great. I really like the volume wheel for my system volume and the back/forward buttons on the mouse.

I got this product and within 3 weeks it stopped working. Did the trouble shooting and nothing worked out. Finally hadto call tech support and they agreed to replace the entire product. Since then I have not yet opened the new one and not sure if it works. But, it is very convenient to work with

This Logitech keyboard /mouse combo works good for the first year. The second year, the keyboard will intermittently not responding to key clicks and the mouse will double click too often. I have mine for 2 years and good thing the warranty is 5 years. I will be sending mine back for warranty exchange.

This set has worked great for about a year now. Have use it moderately and only changed the battery once. Range is about 4-5 meters. The mouse is very comfortable and smooth, as is the keyboard. In my opinion it was a very good upgrade from a standard keyboard mouse combination.

I'm enjoying the keyboard/mouse. All controls are easily accesible. A caps lock light on the keyboard would have been helpful. Overall a great product and my satisfaction with Buy.com is measured by the fact that I will buy from Buy.com again in the future!

I am very happy!!! This has been the best keyboard and mouse I have ever used. It has lots of extras (like programmable keys) and makes using the computer so much easier. Thanks Logitech.

I have to say I love this keyboard and mouse. I am so picky about mice that I have a box full of computer mice that I bought, hated and put in a box. I love the feel of the keyboard when typing as it has substance to it and not a cheap feel. I do a lot of writing and a good keyboard feel is #1. I like being able to program the "F" keys to my liking and I programmed the music key to directly to the radio station I listen to while. This is a great combo and well worth every cent I spent.

1st of all i want to thank buy.com to sell me this product for cheap. the mouse is good. there are a lot of difference between laser and normal mouse. as im typing now, i the keyboard is so soft and perfect for a fast typer like me. all the quick button are easy to remember and not hard to reach. love this thing

This is one of the more inexpensive keyboard/mouse combos available from Logitech that is equipped with a laser mouse. It is a great deal. All the features work as expected. Keyboard works great, no lag while typing and when you first install it there is a setting to establish encryption so your keystrokes aren't hacked. The resolution on the mouse is great and I didn't think I would notice a considerable difference in moving from an optical mouse to a laser mouse, but there is a huge difference! Almost all the buttons are fully configurable and the scroll wheel on the keyboard will save you a lot of time when you learn how to navigate using the keyboard and the mouse scroll wheel/pointer. Great value and easy setup. Cord comes with PS/2 connectors to allow connection even when operating the system outside of windows.
