Dr. Richard Shorkinghorn is on the verge of discovering the key that will unlock the aging process, but is running out of money for research. Funding may come from Grace Michael of the Michael Foundation, an aging beauty queen. She invites Richard to spend a weekend at her country estate to discuss the proposal. On arrival, Richard is outraged to discover that Kate, his ex-research assistant and ex-girlfriend, has also been invited to Grace's retreat and is chasing the same funding. As Richard and Kate compete for Grace's favors, they get a lot more than they bargained for. Grace's husband, the distinctly disturbed finance minister of Australia and a devil worshiper Godfrey Usher, plays host. The events of the repeat weekend visits transgress into ever-increasing absurdity as Richard and Kate form an alliance to get to Grace's money--and they succeed--but at what price?
