It displays all pertinent information such as the wireless network's name (SSID), signal strength, the channel used, and whether wireless security is enabled or not using an easy-to-read LCD display.

    This is a fun device to have but it is a little quirky in my laptop. If I let the laptop go into standby, the wireless network just stops and the only way I can recover is to reboot. I just shut the laptop down all the time to avoid this problem.
