Liked this printer so much, got a second one for the wife. With all the features, it can't be beat for the price. Negatives--software is a little buggy--had to load software twice in both of our computers, one XP, one Vista, to get all the features to work. Have had Lexmark before and ink cartridges are expensive, and difficult to get refilled.A little slow with color pages. Positives--clean, sharp printing, scanning program allows good flexibility, onscreen and sound printing progress display, which also shows remaining ink in both cartridges.
