5 of 5 Awesome drive; little size, big deal Thursday, August 18, 2005

I've had my JumpDrive 2.0 Pro 256MB for about a year and a half. And it keeps working great! I've washed it at least a couple of times, still works great. Lost and found it in my kids room, still works great. No drivers required no frills, just works! The Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connection makes transferring files fast. Now lets see if they can make 'em wireless so I don't have to take it out of my pocket! Thanks Lexar! Was this review helpful?

I have a couple of 256mb Lexar flashdrives and am going to buy a 512mb one. They pop into my laptop easily, and WinXP immediately recognizes them as a hard drive with simple file transfers in Windows Explorer. I guess some laptops may provide tight space to insert one of these, but you can buy a USB extension cord to make it easier - this alternative is also a great way to use the flash drive with a desktop which has a USB socket in the rear. I use my flashdrives to store personnal photo and mp3 files which I want to keep handy but not store on the business latop I use daily. Was this review helpful?

Everything works fine. Unfortunately, it is slightly too wide. When I try to plug it into my laptop USB port, I have to squeeze it next to my mouse. Was this review helpful?
