This mount works well and is fairly easy to install. You may need one person to hold the mount while another drives the screws in (other mounts say only 1 person is required) but it still goes in easy. The only fault I had with it is not really the mounts fault, but more my TV's. I have a Westinghouse TX-42 and the mounting brackets need to be placed only six inches (way too close) from each other on the back of the TV. This caused me to have to take the TV down and re-straighten the brackets a couple times before the TV was level, but other brands will not have this problem. Was this review helpful?

Great price on this mount, even if there were no rebate.
I didn't receive one of the parts bag listed, and the cheap plastic u-shaped gromet on the wall panel brackets were cracked. I called the 800 number on the instruction sheet, and they offered to send everyrthing I needed the next day.
It turns out I didn't need the parts bag as they were redundant screws for other possible mounting options. There appears to be a lot of screw options for different TVs. My TV came with the screws already.
Instructions were somewhat unclear. With some forthsight and logic, instruction shortcoming can be overcome.
Mount can slide to the left and right for better centering in a space ( a total of abaout 14"). However, it can be adjusted such that the wall mount can be seen around the TV. To adjust the height, you have to remove the TV from the wall mount, then adjust the position of the rear mounts. Was this review helpful?

this item was so attractive and pricevalued, that even without either a LCD nor Plasma television I could not afford not to buy it! it is sturdely built and will no doubt hold the flat panels it advertises(even comes with a stud finder)

The level mount came with everything needed for installation including the tools! There was a wrench and even an electronic stud finder! The mounting instructions were clear and all the hardware for every possible installation was included. You can't go wrong with this purchase! Was this review helpful?

got this wall mount yesterday, box arrived in good condition. All the metal parts are of good solid construction,(HOWEVER) some of the plastic parts were damaged, particularly the plastic u-shaped gromet that goes in between the wall panel hooks and the metal pipe which gives it a snug fit. Bad news is this is the same plastic material that is made for the circular gromet that slides between the TV bracket and the metal pipe. I think this should be made of a more impact resistant plastic if it's going to support the weight of the TV. Also the end caps of the metal pipe that prevents it from sliding off horizontally from the wall mount is also made of plastic. In summary: the metal parts of this mount are rock solid BUT they skimpped out on the plastic material. Was this review helpful?

This mount is great! It has a level so you can easily see whether the mount is straight without having to hold and level it, which is good since this is made with really high quality material, and therefore is quite heavy. Was this review helpful?
