This was the best price on a motorized mount for my 37" JVC LCD in the basement. I need to tilt when using my treadmill. The box had everything inside including a stud finder. I put this up on a Sunday and their customer service was open if I needed assistance(24-7-365). The remote works great and you can store favorite settings. I am thinking of another one for the den.
