Do not buy this if you intend to use only USB power. I tried to use it on a Thinkpad X61 and it does not work. After 2 hrs on the phone with Lenovo they finally told me that the specs state that it may not work in some configurations. They said that this means that it will not work on USB power on some Thinkpads, but they could not tell me which ones do and do not work. Was this review helpful?
