Moses, Charlie Dahan (hand claps); Joe Ferry (percussion).
LBC Lounge: A Tribute to Sublime features renditions of the ska-punkers' hits by the Lounge Brigade and Gringo Floyd. Ironically smooth versions of "Date Rape" and "Saw Red" by the Lounge Brigade might amuse die-hard Sublime fans, but they're not that funny to the casual listener. Gringo Floyd's "Santeria" and "What I Got" fare a little bit better, if only because they're closer in spirit to the original versions. While a Sublime tribute should obviously appeal to the band's biggest fans, it's not likely that too many of them will be won over by this awkward mix of lounge and ska-punk. ~ Heather Phares

Producer: Joe Ferry; Jim Doyle
