I think that this desk is made of decent materials and it can withstand the little ones abuse and use. I do not worry that it is to flimsy or durable. It is a sturdy desk that can hold everything i need it to. Its leightweight and compact so that it can go in a small space and i dont have to worry about it sticking out if one of the kids runs by. Its built to last and it has a great design and it features a compartment to store the tower and to hold books and whatever else you need to hold.
