Received the battery in record time. Works as expected. I get nearly nine hours of usable time out of the battery. Gives the netbook much more usable time off AC power. Was this review helpful?

Love my AcerOne, have bought two for the office, and my dad even bought one. The 3-cell battery that comes with the unit is sleek and keeps the weight down, but it only holds a charge for 2 hours, at most. Now comes this 9-cell battery. Wow. It is big compared to the 3-cell. The design is optimized though, by utilizing the battery case as a chassis tilter. A nice touch. It is also big in power. 5-6 hours running time, easy. It is also big in weight, I'd say the battery weighs about as much as the AcerOne chassis, without any battery. I knew or suspected all this going in, so it didn't come as a major surprise. Even with the big battery, the AcerOne is pounds lighter than my 17" HP, and I'm good with that. All in all, more power, more power, more power. That works for me. Was this review helpful?
