this came with very difficult to follow instructions for the software, and no instructions for the actual PCI card itself. I found it very difficult to sync up video and audio, and have no idea how to get the remote control to work.

This card works perfectly. I installed the card put in the drivers and the software and it came right up with a very clear picture. I do a show on cable TV and this has proven to be very helpful in the making of that show. I highly recommend this card, especially for the price!
