Zoom was the # 1 feature for me. This was the best zoom/size of camera ratio out there at the time. Good pic quality, easy to use, and the settings on the click dial are pretty self explanatory.

After been using digital cameras for several years from different brands including Kodaks,this is so far the best one I have had.
The quality of pictures I am taking now are amazing.
It takes some time to learn how to use it properly but once you read the manual everything will be fine.
The feature I like the most on this camera is the panoramic pictures I can take now either with two or three pictures stiched together,the camera does it by itself,no need to use a sofisticated software anymore.
Kodak has made a great product this time as usual.

This is by far the best camera I have ever owned, would recommend it to anyone. I had a Kodak DX7590 previously also a good camera and this is the upgraded version. Best feature by far is the IS Imaage Stabilizer. I take pictures of some ornate scrollwork on the 30th floor of a building from a half a block away fully zoomed in optical + digital with my shaky hands and the picture
