I bought this camera on another site for more $$, but it is well worth the price. The 5x zoom is really nice! Picture quality is more than great. I just wish it came with better batteries. You can purchase the rechargeable batteries to make it an even better bargain. Was this review helpful?

I bought this camera to replace my missing in action Kodak 3.0 MP. This camera pretty much has it all. The menu's can be a bit confusing, so I gave it a 4 on ease of use. Each click of the dial has its on set of settings. Which was a little confusing at first, I thought is wasn't saving the things I had picked. This actually is a major plus, just a little work at first. Total it takes about 5 minutes to set them all up to your liking. The picture quality is awesome.
I only played with the video a little bit but seemed to work just fine. The High Def video I thought would be a little better, but again I haven't really played or tweaked with it. Plus side on video, sound seemed really good just max it out, recorded nice in a darker room. Downside, Quicktime format, I am not a be fan of that but I can deal with it for the price.
Only thing I don't like is that when use charge via the usb it never really tells you its charging. No lights or anything. But it charges, just would like an indicator.
Over all I compared this camera to all the others and for the price with all its features you can't go wrong. Especially with the 12MP and HD pics and video. I had my last Kodak for 3-4 years and it was a refurb. and I never had a problem with it, so Kodak makes a long lasting camera. Hope this review helps you out. Was this review helpful?
