I purchased this frame as a present for my boyfriend, and it's great. The picture is crisp and it took us 5-10 minutes to get it up and running. Only thing is placement. We put it on a higher shelf, and from a different angle the picture is not as good. Best kept around eye level. Other than that, we love it. Was this review helpful?

Love this digital picture frame. Picture clarity is remarkable - got as gift for my daughter-in-law for her birthday - she is a brand new mother and loves the product. Pro:
Internal storage is small, but using a 2GB SD card I was able to load many high quality pictures.
The frame is nice looking and fits well into any decor.
Picture quality is good.
Cons:
Cord could have been a little longer.
Kodak EasyShare software did not offer the option to "not start" upon bootup of PC Was this review helpful?

Very pleased with the features/options Kodak offers in picture and movie display as well as sound. The only drawback is the puny memory card included which is big enough to only sample it's capability. I immediately replaced the 256 MB memory card with a 2 GB and am now completely satisfied. The next concern with these types of digital displays since they are new to the market is their durability and reliability. I can only wait to comment on that issue...a most important piece of any review I would say! Was this review helpful?

I bought this for my parents for Christmas and they are very satisfied. It was easy for them to use and the picture quality is very good. There are a lot of different features, which they are still working on using, but to just show pictures it is very simple. Was this review helpful?

This frame does not support all memory cards like it advertises. I went to their "support" page and found out that 2GB is the max and it does not support SDHC. I have a 2GB SD (not HC) so should be fine. Called them and got a parrot that read me instructions in a heavy accent. Told me to reformat 2000 pictures using Paint. Explained to her that the same images work when read from a USB device. She repeated the instructions to reformat. Asked for an Enlish speaking person. Held another 15 mins (after 45 min on the phone already) and was hung up on. Don't buy from Kodak. Was this review helpful?

I received this picture frame as a Christmas gift. I would not recommend it. At this time my frame shows that the internal memory is at about 1/4 capacity - yet won't copy any more pictures to frame. I am unable to get a reply from Kodak's customer service.
Instructional manual was approx 3-4 pages in length. Manual looks larger because it is written in several languages.
This product came with a DVD which totally confused the installation issue. The DVD seemed more focused on selling pictures and products. Was this review helpful?

I bought this frame for a wedding gift. It worked out great. Very easy - took the pictures at the wedding, loaded 170 pictures in minutes & had the slide show going at the reception. There was plenty of internal storage left for them to add their own pictures from their special day. What compliments!!! I have a smaller one myself, but this one is a little nicer in size & comes with a remote. Was this review helpful?
