I am very pleased with my camera. I've had it for about three months and have taken in excess of 600 pictures in all sorts of settings. I wanted a camera that was basically easy to use but offered some advanced options as well as a hot shoe for an external flash. I generally use the Automatic functions, but have also successfully used several of the non-auto functions for specialized situations with great success. The optional external flash works well when needed (which is rare except for specialized situations, e.g., ballroom size group shots, auditoriums, etc. The Kodak Easyshare software that comes with it is excellent in refining pictures to further enhance your picture taking skills. 12 zoom. Image stablization. Easy. Excellent pics. Buy it, you'll like it.
