The micro SD card reader is very small and fits in the tiniest pocket without difficulty. The problem is, it can be difficult to pull out of the USB port. I used the little key-chain strap to yank it out, but after a few weeks, it broke the plastic loop. Eventually I lost the slip cover as well. It would have been better had they included an SD adapter and a USB-SDHC Reader. Otherwise I am always happy with Kingston product quality. Was this review helpful?

After receiving the five flash drives ordered I opened one (the others are for gifts) and tested it's overall operation and performance. It is quite simple to insert the micro SD memory module into the USB body of the drive and prepare for use. The slide-out feature is well designed so as to allow the attached mini-lanyard to be used to slide the working portion of the drive out of the protective cover for use. The drive worked as advertised then I was able to disconnect the drive from my computer and slide it back into the protective cover again by use of the lanyard. I find no way to improve on the design except possibly to have the main body snap into the protective cover rather than depend on friction and the lanyard to keep them together.

yup, already 'lost' it 4-5 times... so small (in size, not in capacity), that i had to spend a lot of time searching for it in my book shelf. Will add it to my key chain :)
pros: micro SD, compatible with many of the cell phones and laptops. if you dont have a card reader on your laptop, use the USB reader! my philips dvp plays videos from straight from the card reader!

Only problem is taking the card out of the slot. That's a little annoying, but that's just nitpicking.

I bought this reader to read the card off my LG venus phone. Other readers where you inserted the micro SD into to a regular SD did not work for me. I have an 8 gig micro SD and it worked great. It is very small and has a kind of strange string thing that keeps the reader in its case but it seems to working fine so far. I have had good luck with Kingston products. Was this review helpful?

Kingston is not selling the product as "Readyboost" compatible when used with the USB reader, but it checks out just fine! At least it does on the two Vista systems at my house (one is running Vista Business, the other Home Premium). The combination of the 4GB card and the reader is far smaller than the typical USB drive, but has the same or better functionality. Great product.
