Now I understand why these higher write speed cards are so much more expensive...they are WORTH every penny. Before this I used to have to wait as much as 5 seconds to take the next picture on my Coolpix 900...cursing that hourglass while missing the cutwas all I saw while . I had a high end camera but the crappy CF cards. I was able to get a good deal on this card and now my response time between shots has dropped down to about 1 sec. The write speed of a card makes a HUGE difference...my next card will be 50x or higher...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for amateur photographers.
