5 of 5 Has everything Thursday, May 01, 2008 Les from Nanuet, NY
Great product. Works like a charm Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Good investment Wednesday, April 30, 2008 A Customer from Baton Rouge, LA
I work in an office where Enforcement Agents continually bring me their cameras & media cards for me to print out their evidence photos. This card reader is perfect for the job as different Agents have different cameras & therefore different media cards. Its so much easier than trying to find a cable to transfer the photos from a camera, and no need to tell the computer to disable it once I'm finished; once the photos have transferred, just remove the card & your done! USB flash drives seem to transfer the photos a bit faster, but with those I'd still have to go thru the hassle of trying to figure out which drive to disable before disconnecting it, etc... 3 of 5 note "(Adapter Required)" Sunday, January 13, 2008 Dave the Consumer from Los Angeles, CA
I haven't hooked this up yet, but buy.com buyers should note that although the "Tech Specs" tab lists "microSD" as one of the formats supported, it's really "microSD (Adapter Required)".
[This is noted at the top of the webpage near the item title, in a different color, but a consumer is likely to miss that if he goes straight to the tech specs.
It probably works just fine, but you know, buyer beware. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great value for the money Wednesday, December 26, 2007 A Customer from Arlington Hts, IL
Purchased for an older PC without a card reader and USB plug in the back - so long cord is helpful.
Works great. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Works well Monday, November 12, 2007 Shankara from Exton, PA
This is one of the cheapest card reader I've found so far that claim to read as many formats.
I tried CF Types I and II, SD/SDHC and miniSD and they all work well, so far.
I would certainly recommed this product.

5 of 5 Does all that it says Tuesday, March 27, 2007 A Customer from Tinton Falls, NJ
This device was one of the cheapest ones available and it does everything it claims to do, so how can you go wrong. It also seems quite fast (faster than my older one, that's for sure).
The box itself measures 3 1/2" x 2 1/8" x 5/8"
Unfortunately (for me), the USB cable all coiled up is at least as big as the unit. It's a 3' USB A to Mini B cable with one of those magnets for RF interference built in. Some might prefer a longer cable, but I personally wanted this to be as small as possible, so I would have preferred just a short whip on this thing. Strictly a personal preference though. It does not affect the functionality of the unit. I would buy it again if I needed another.

5 of 5 Great reader Friday, March 02, 2007 A Customer from Chicago, IL
Love this reader! It's so small I can fit it anywhere. I use it with my Intel Mac and it works perfectly. I use it to read all the different cards I have from my cameras and palm. So instead of connection to each device I just plug this in and get to read all of them. Was this review helpful?

The Kingston 15-in-1, USB-2 card reader works great. It is much faster than my older USB-2 reader. I am a pro photographer and transfer hundreds of 25+ MB files daily. It also alows Photoshop Bridge software to display the fullsize photos on the card much, much faster than the old card. Was this review helpful?
