I bought this flash drive to use with my Kenwood car stereo. It has a USB connection to use basically as an MP3 player. So far the flash drive has worked great! I have like 700 songs on there and 3GB of space left. We will see how well it holds up in the heat of summer. Was this review helpful?

The Kingston 8GB DataTraveler 110 USB 2.0 Flash Drive is a good portable backup drive. Use it to keep files from personal drive on network and several project folders. Great help when traveling to another office and cannot login to office network drive. Like having the slide rather than a cap, nothing to lose. It is slighly bulkier than the Kingston 8GB DataTraveler 100 USB2.0 Flash Drive. No problems with performance. Was this review helpful?

I have windows x64 and have had many hardware problems, and when i tried installing the software windows automatically provides, it would always fail, and there are no such downloads that i can find to fix it, and a key chain on it may help because i can't find the darn thing. it was also kinda big and tricky to plug into certain USB ports Was this review helpful?

I just got this product after 7 days wait, the longest ever @ Buy.com, and not unreasonable for free. The value was unbeatable for 8GB, and the only 4 star, in performance, is for slower transfer speeds. The key is shapely and small, and the slide feature is nice. I also like the fact that this drive can be partitioned with gpart, giving you a section used as a boot disk for puppylinux, while allowing other partitions to be used for storage. I just have to add, solid state memory (flash)is so worth the money for storage of important information. I say that having the bad habit of leaving these things in my pocket in the wash.
