Starting at 4GB, SDHC cards offer larger-volume data storage and optimized recording performance with support for FAT 32 file formats. In addition, Kingston’s SDHC cards use new speed "class" ratings known as Class 2, 4 and 6 that deliver a minimum data transfer rate for optimum performance with SDHC devices.
Although identical in size to todays standard SD card, the new SDHC cards are designed differently and are only recognized by SDHC host devices. To ensure compatibility, look for the SDHC logo on cards and host devices (cameras, camcorders, etc.).

I made a mistake when I ordered the 4g sdhc card. I didn't know that the high capacity cards won't work in sd card cameras. Now I'm trying to find someone that has something that can use it to give it to. Wish I could trade it but it was my fault and I already cut the plastic display holder.

Kingston cards are top-notch, and the price for these from buy.com was irresistible even though I have plenty of card capacity already.
Note only that not all card readers will read SDHC cards. I had to get a new one, since my trusty old Dazzle reader wouldn't recognize it. No biggie, though, since a nice Sony multi-card reader was less than 20 bucks.

Buy.com had them by far the cheapest and with the free shipping, I bought two for my camera. They work exactly as I thought they would, hundreds and hundreds of high quality pictures. I found it hard to believe Canon would send a 32M card with a 10mp camera, but anyways, now I can use my camera like it was intended.

Not a question of dissatisfaction with product, it works fine in my Canon camera, and provides enough capacity to capture hundreds of stills and a ton of video. But my computer card reader won't read this card. I have learned that these "HD" cards can be accessed only by devices which are HD Host compliant. Who knew?

I got the order on date and there was no problem in shipping. In fact my card was shipped on the next day itself.
I would recommend this product for others.
I have been using this now for a month and there was no problem with this card.
I bought this card for my Canon SX10 IS camera.
1.9GB of memory was for 3 days of my Christmas trip.
So if someone wants to buy memory card for such kind of high end camera's I would recommend them to go for the 8GB Kingston.

The memory worked fine and was recognized for use with Readyboost for Windows Vista. I allocated all 4gb for Readyboost. Unfortunately, in using it for Readyboost, the system seemed to slow down rather than speed up. I dont know if it is because of the memory or because of Vista. Either way, its now sitting un-used on top of my computer.

Did not do any pressure testing on its speed or what not, but this card works fine in my 7" digital picture frame. The price was perfect for the size!
Only downfall I had was it being back ordered so I had to wait 1 extra week after xmas to get it. I am sure it was from the xmas rush.

I will admit I didn't do my homework when buying this card, so I had to scramble to find a reader that would read the photos I'd taken with my Nikon D40. Little did I know, I'd already bought one from Buy.com months ago LOL
Once I did THAT part, everything else was perfect. They even seem to transfer faster (to the computer). I love it and cannot believe the incredible price.

Got it right before Christmas as a discounted buy. It was great price and free shipping. It works exactly like advertised. Only negative is that for some of the older card readers cannot read 4gig. I guess its time to replace the card reader.
