These Kingston 4 GB microSDHC Class 4 Flash Memory Cards SDC4/4GB work great in a Dell XPS M1330 for Vista ReadyBoost and Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS5R 10.1MP Digital Camera - even though it's only a class 4 SDHC card. I bought 3 of these. But not the Kingston SD6/4GB class 6 SDHC cards. Here's the story. I bought 2 each SD6/4GB class 6 cards. Both failed when used in a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS5R 10.1MP Digital Camera. Yes, I could take pictures, but when I tried to review what I took, I lost most of the pictures. I had lost over 500 pictures for the first 2 weeks of my holiday with both cards - my wife was really mad at me. On the 3rd week, I swapped with a Kingston 4 GB microSDHC Class 4 Flash Memory Card SDC4/4GB that was used in a Dell XPS M1330 for Vista ReadyBoost; and it works great, I had not lost any picture since, I took over two thousand pictures for the last 3 weeks. Also I found out the SD6/4Gb failed with Vista ReadyBoost. I had expected the class 6 SDHC card to perform better than class 4 SDHC card. I'm getting these SD6/4GB cards replaced by Kingston - too late for credit. Was this review helpful?

At first my laptop had a problem recognizing this card. But after checking the device manager and reinstalling the correct driver it works fine! Also I tried it in my cell phone and it picked it right up. No problems with it so far other than the one mentioned above. However I tried it with my desktop (it had no card reader so I bought a separate card reader that connects to USB) and it didn't get picked up. This however is probably due to the cheap card reader I bought, and not the SD card's fault. I suggest you make sure your devices are compatible. All in all, I very glad I bought this memory! This is a lot of memory in a small package for $10 delivered. Easily installed on my BlackBerry Curve 8330 and started using it immediately without issue. No problems as far as HC compatibility. I was nervous to buy a HCSD (high capcity) memory card because I wasn't sure it would work on my computer. I bought this for about $11.00 so I figured I wouldn't be losing much if it didn't work. But to my surprise it does! I have a new HP computer but it doesn't say that it can read HCSD's only SD's. Last night I use the video on my camera for a solid 10 minutes, a friend that was with me couldn't believe I could video the whole ten minutes. I also have at least another 10 minute video on the this card and some pictures and I still have 2.89G left to use. I'm really excited about having this much memory. It is a great little 4 gig card. You must make sure your device can use the HIGH CAPACITY card, but beyond that the card is large capacity for such small size and inexpensiveness. I have a camera/video phone that uses the micro sd and it is much easier to put that in the SD adapter and card reader to upload vids pics and download mp3s than it is to connect the wire that came with the phone. 4 gigs at this price, I should have bought 2. I got the product for my cellphone so that I could play music on it and not need to buy an ipod or another mp3 player. So far, it's been just great! My phone formatted the card and I was able to load music on it with no problems at all. The full size SD card that comes along with it is very handy and makes accessing the microSD card so easy.
