Very pleased with this product. The Cap less design is great, no cap to lose. Just received last week, but so far is working great. Regular Shipping (free)was good, a little over a week.

i think it was the cheapest that i got from around..and the flash drive works like charm...i hope soon they will drop the price of other flash drive too..Wouldn't it would it be so kool..if only we could carry whole 30-50Gb in one flash drive..hope they make one..

I bought this as a back-up to a similar SanDisk 4GB pen drive. THE KINGSTON DRIVE IS MUCH SLOWER. A folder containing 66MB of files took four minutes to copy to the Kingston; it took only a minute on the SanDisk. Whether you're a power user or a computer newbie, why would you want to wait that long? Also, I purchased my SanDisk in October for the same price as the Kingston. I plan to use the Kingston DataTraveler only if I ever lose SanDisk pen drive.

I had a tall order when I decided to search online for a RETRACTABLE USB Flash Drive that worked across all of the operating systems I used (Mac, Windows and more than one Linux) but I found all of these traits in the Kingston 4GB DataTraveler! Plus, the price of this is absolutely unbeatable. 4GB for around $20? Forget it. Most of them are in the $30's-$40's and have annoying caps. Oh, believe me, I feel like I've seen 'em all. If you want affordability, big storage and a great rugged design for traveling, this is your flash drive. And honestly, what else could you be looking for anyway? This is the best purchase I have ever made online!

This stick is much quicker than a previous memory stick I had. No setup to speak of, but I wish it had some cover on the end. Otherwise, great product!

Wish i had paid extra $$$ for a faster drive. But works for most of my backup purposes. Will give this to my wife and get a faster drive ;-)

This 4gb flash drive was a great price, cheaper than local stores plus free shipping. The data transfer rate is super fast. Works with ever PC and Mac what more could one person want.

Works fine and that snap-out feature instead of a cap is not an issue. Archiving pictures for long term retention just got easier.

Bought this for my father-in-law when he was here on vacation. He takes a million pictures and only has his 1gb chip for his camera and a few smaller ones (that don't hold much). I gave him this and told him to take his pictures off of the camera, load them onto my laptop, edit the bad ones out and then load the pictures onto the traveler so he could clear his camera chip. At first he was a little skeptical but knowing that the pictures were on my laptop made him feel a bit better. He thinks he knows a lot about computers and technology but it took a bit of convincing to get him to check the traveler out. I know, he needs a larger chip for his camera and maybe that will be a gift for a birthday or holiday. I'll keep an eye out for a deal on Buy.com! At any rate, this product works great, it was easy for him to use (once he was open to the idea)and now he keeps it in his camera bag!

I had a little trouble getting my computer to recognize this drive. Since that's been resolved the drive has been great. I love that all my pictures are in one tiny place.

Flash drives seem to be getting smaller and smaller. This 4GB one is very compact. The USB connector slides in and out of the body so no pesky caps to lose. My computer recognized it and set it up in seconds. Fast transfer rate. I have no hesitation in recommending this item.

This is probably the best value in a flash drive anywhere. I like the retractable connector, too. It's fast and reliable. The only downside is it might be easy to lose unless you attach it to your car keys!

Device does exactly what it is supposed to do! The retractable feature is very convenient. You don't have to keep up with a cover that always gets lost anyway.

What's cool about this memory stick is that the USB port slides out- unlike many other USB flash memory options available on the market. I put a lanyard on mine and attached it to a key-ring... works great!

I have my entire work server on the flash drive. Now, I can work from home or the office. The retractable USB connection is great - no more losing caps. And, the free MIGO software is brilliant for keeping your files synchronized. I just wish it was a bit quicker at synchronizing...

You won't have any storage problems with this handy USB flash drive. I have purchased two of them and stored all my photos and music on them without any trouble. I highly recommend these 4GB flash drives.

The slide mechanism distinguishes this drive from others. As far as performance, it's about on par with other 4GB drives. As far as value, it can't be beat.

This product works great right out of the box. I haven't had any problems thus far, so hopefully it will work for a long time to come. The only thing that might be a problem in the future is the switch on the side of it that's used to extend the USB (the part that inserts into the computer).

The 4gb kingston USB drive works very well. I am happy with it for several reason... prompt (and free) shipment, great price, no U3 nonsense to get rid of. When the price is right, I will buy the 8gb big brother to this one.

Very good product, priced very inexpensive. 4gb, USB part slides inside unit for safe travel, slides out and snaps into place for use. Quick, has mini-lanyard for keyring access. I would recommend this to a friend.

This thing is great -after I removed the Migo software! I've had zero problems with copying/retrieving files, or with hooking it up to my keyring, etc. I like the retracting USB port -I always lose the caps for the other ones anyway. Buy.com had it on backorder -for about two hours! This is a great company!...

I wish it had something other than just that little ring on it so I could hook it up to something besides my ID badge. Other than that, I'm cool with it. These dudes are just so useful. I believe this stick came with Migo software on it. Well, no more Migo. Itwent.

The price for this 4 GB thumb drive is hard to beat. I found it impossible to attach the enclosed loop at the end of the device, nor could my wife who thought it was a joke. The bump on the side to slide out the front USB connector could be larger to make it easier to hook it with a finger nail and move it out.
