My 4-year old Dell Dimension has been in dire need of *something* to get back up to a reasonable speed lately, so we decided to upgrade our measly 256MB of RAM to enhance the machine's performance - we added (2) of these 1GB modules and the Dell is working GREAT. Price was crazy-inexpensive, Buy.com had them in my hand the next day even though I only paid for 2nd day shipping, and installation was frighteningly easy.
