Now, one brave man has been hired to find out what is true, what is myth, and what is really buried in the darkness of King Solomon's Mines.
 Editor's Note
This adaptation of Sir Henry Rider Haggard's 1886 novel was scripted by Steven Berman for television. The classic tale follows the exciting adventures of big game hunter Alan Quartermain in his search for an incredible lost treasure and a mysterious missing man. The ruggedly handsome Patrick Swayze (DIRTY DANCING) makes a fine Quartermaine, playing him as intrepid and bold. Meanwhile, the lovely Alison Doody holds her own as the romantic lead, Elizabeth Matiland.
