I gave this to my granddaughter for Christmas and she was pleased. She needed a little help to get started, but quickly enjoyed taking photos of the family over the holidays. Grandpa got a funny hat which produced a lot of laughs. So far, these photos have been seen only in the LCD, but look adequate for young children. Modest expectations for picture quality are advised for adults.
