5 of 5 Laptop Winner Thursday, August 06, 2009 JoeFlash from Irvine, CA
Great and quite useful mouse for laptop use. Unique scroll ball instead of wheel is much more useful than I first expected. USB fob could be a bit smaller so it can be left in the laptop, but it does store inside the mouse itself. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Uniquely good Saturday, July 18, 2009 OMT from Chicago, IL
I needed a laptop mouse that worked with several operating systems and requires operation over surfaces that have proven to give other mice trouble. This mouse surpassed all expectations. It provides accurate smooth stable movement in all my usual (and normally troublesome) locations. Couldn't be happier. Solid construction, complete PnP with both Windows and Linux, in-mouse storage for the small USB dongle. Bought on sale, but it's a mouse I would pay full cost if I need another. 5 of 5 Best mouse Saturday, July 11, 2009 Chris Zack from Memphis Tn.
This mouse is amazing, does everything it says. Great feel, track ball works great. Works great with my Vista OS, basicly plug n play. Did not have to download software, Windows Vista HP recognized it after putting toggle in usb port with full functions, great with Windows Media Center. Mouse is very responsive along with trackball, very stable. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Love it! Wednesday, July 08, 2009 DMK from San Francisco, CA
This is the coolest mouse I bought in a long time. I bought it as a travel mouse since it's nice and flat (and fits nicely in my briefcase, but now having had it for a week, find myself using it more like my primary mouse. It's not an "ergonomic" variety, but fits very comfortably in the palm of my hand and still has a nice feel to it.
Ths only cons I noticed are:
it's a little heavier than the other notebook wireless mouse I had (Logitech v320). This is only an issue if you plan to use it as a portable mouse like me.
Second, there are some programs that are very sensitive to even the slightest movement of the trackball. I use Pandora, and I noticed that their client thinks that when I touch the trackball, I want to forward ahead to the next song - which is not the case.
Lastly, the stereo-like remote on the bottom is pure genius. However, I wish they positioned it a bit lower than it is, because I inadvertently press one of the "regular" mouse buttons while pressing the playback remote control. The only way to avoid it to hold the mouse in one hand, and to press the "remote" buttons with fingers of the other hand.
That said, I'd call these minor inconveniences, and would absoultely recommend this mouse to anyone. Was this review helpful?

I have used several mice over the course of 20 years, and I have to
Say that the Kensington Slim Blade Media Mouse is by far the best Mouse that I have put my left hand on, oh yeah I'm left handed and this Mouse is Perfect! The Multi-Media Buttons on the bottom of the Mouse are pretty slick, I often forget they are there. If you want comfort... this is the Mouse for You!! Was this review helpful?

wow this mouse is great, And yes it works with windows vista just plug the toggle in a usb port and vista will find the drivers. The rollerball is great makes a little clicking noise very faint when scrolling which is helpful and under the mouse are the controls for multimedia volume up and down pause or advance or go back to the next track. Uses two double A batteries which they supply, what a deal, got it on sale and they always sell out, now I know why, Would make a great gift Was this review helpful?
