I like the overall feel and the durability of the straps. However, the shoulder hook came out of place and now feels impossible to put it back as I am afraid it can break the plastic

Pro: Compact, durable material, enough organization pocket, easy fit my 15.4 laptop. Con: Like the other Kensington backpack I have, they putt he shoulder stripe hidden in a back pocket, but sacrifice the strength of this stripe anchor, and easily peeled off if put too much stuff in it. Bottom line: Very good a laptop backpack, but not for normal carry on.

I got this a few weeks ago and it works great for me. I wanted a replacement for an old backpack for my school books, and this is working perfectly. The can holder on the side has very good elastic in it, it can hold a small sized can like a Red Bull and will stretch out enough for the 1 liter pop bottles. The main compartment holds books and 3-ring binders very well. And the padded area would be great for a smaller laptop.

This saddle bag is an excellent value.The quality is great.The Kensington bag has proved to be a great solution. It's just the right size and is very intelligently laid out to keep things organized but still quickly accessible. Plus, it's comfortable. I'm happy !Shipping was fast

I bought this bag and was very sceptical about the look and the compartments to store. But when it finally arrived I was more than happy to have this bag. The bag is very steady and has a very nice padding for laptop. This bag also features compartments to store check book, pen and all the other daily use items. The best part is , the same bag can be used as a back pack and also on a shoulder strap. Amazing buy.

This bag is great. Not only is it relatively cheap, but it is surprisingly roomy, and very versatile. It has lots of pockets and pouches to store various things as well as a decently-padded compartment for your notebook. You have the option of carrying it like a backpack, messenger style, or briefcase. Regardless of how you carry it, it's pretty comfortable. I highly recommend this bag, especially since it comes with Kensington's lifetime warranty (though the bag seems very durable itself anyways). Last thing, the bag looks better in person than in the picture (pic is ugly!).

It won't win any fashion awards, but this laptop bag is roomy and exceptionally well constructed. There is enough room in the main compartment for a toiletry bag and a change of clothes in addition to pockets for all the usual computer accessories, electronic gadgets, cellphone chargers, etc., making it ideal for overnight trips. I got it on sale, but after using it for a while I'd consider it a bargain even at the regular price. It carries the Kensington lifetime warranty.

This bag is just wonderful. The summary and pictures that are shown just don't show all the pockets and how well this is manafuctured. The quality is great. I don't see how the backpack straps could break unless someone was really rough with it or got it caught on something to break it. The backpack straps are nice and even the weight on ones back making it perfect for me since I have a bad back. I got one for each of my family. Shipping was fast and convenient.

This saddle bag is an excellent value. It's able to accommodate all of my carry needs. It even has backpack straps in case I need to carry it on my back. The only issue that I would have is that it's slightly heavier than I would like. I guess when you include all of the compartments and straps that adds up in weight.

I was looking for a bag to use for an urban commute that was big enough to hold file folders, a book, a digital camera, multi-tool, flashlight, thumb drive, laptop, all the couple of dozen things I like to have with me when I travel back and forth to the office. I'd used a standard computer-enabled backpack but it was bulkier than I wanted and things tended to get lost in the various large compartments. The Kensington Saddlebag has proved to be a great solution. It's just the right size and is very intelligently laid out to keep things organized but still quickly accessible. I hadn't thought about it when I bought the bag but the fact that it's rigid enough to stand up on its own is a very handy feature. I recommend it highly.

I needed a backpack case for my laptop, and bought this one on promotion from buy.com... It is very spacious inside (and I cram a LOT of stuff in there!), and the laptop section is padded. Plus there are lots of pockets for pens, ipod, phone, water bottle...etc. etc. Plus, it's comfortable! I'm happy with this...especially since I got it on sale!
