I've never had problems with Kensington products before so I was quite surprised to find that while this mouse seemed quite functional, it would not "connect" and thus was inoperable on my new Toshiba Laptop. I tried it on my old Toshiba Laptop, but it still would not connect. I tried it on both Windows XP system, Vista Ultimate, Vista Home and even the new Windows 7. In no instance would it connect! The mouse was, therefore, unusable. I even completely uninstalled, using Device Manager, rebooted, and again tried -- but it would not connect. By the way, my old Kensington Mouse, with a larger USB receiver, works fine on all of these computers! Was this review helpful?

My husband loves this wireless mouse. This is a larger mouse that fits a man's hand so much better. He said it's very comfortable and doesn't cause the cramping like the smaller one did. The small receiver is fantastic; tiny, tiny, tiny. Receiver is so small you can just leave it in the USB slot even when the PC is placed in a case. The first mouse we received didn't work so we had to send it back. The second one worked perfectly. Buy.com makes returning a product super easy. The price can't be beat. Was this review helpful?
