| | | Features: DVD This film is the modern retelling of the classic sex tale from the Marquis de Sade. Beautiful actresses Marie Forsa and Anne Bie Warburg play two sisters caught in a web of sex and sensual pleasures.
 Editor's Note
Directed by the notorious Jess Franco (VAMPYROS LESBOS), this shocking tale involves a young girl thrown out of an orphanage and falling prey to prostitution, bondage and a depraved monk played by Jack Palance. This story of innocence corrupted comes straight from the pen of the Marquis de Sade, and no less an actor than Klaus Kinski is chosen by Franco to play De Sade in this feature. Full of nudity and perversion, this sordid tale includes over 30 minutes of restored footage originally cut from the final version.

| | Professional Reviews | Movie House Commentary 7 of 10 Based on a story by the Marquis de Sade, Justine & Juliette (1975) is a Swedish sex farce with a liberal sprinkling of hard core action. The cast includes a young Harry Reems (Deep Throat), and features Anne Bei Warburg and Marie Forsa in the title roles...Justine and Juliette are thrown out of their home by their aunt after their mother's death, and given one-way tickets to the city. Juliette (Warburg) is not worried. She has a lovely body, and a lot of experience using it to get anything she wants...The punch line to the entire film involves Harry Reems, whose will states that when he drops dead of his expected heart attack, his riches will go to whichever women is in his arms at the time. I don't want to spoil the ending, but sometimes good girls finish first...It is an adequate example of 1970s Eurotica.
