Who would've thought that playing with wooden blocks could be so fun! This is definately a game of concentration, patience, skill, and luck. One that the entire family can enjoy and participate in. Was this review helpful?

I played this game 10/16/99 with 5 cadets from the United States Military Academy, WP, NY. We played for hours and had many laughs and challenges. I believe this game would make a wonderful present for Christmas or anytime. I am going to purchase it for my children and grand children this Christmas. I am going to take it with me to my nephews house in MD to play during the Christmas holidays. I they like it (THEY WILL) I will get it for them before I return home. It has been a LONG time since I have enjoyed a goup game like this. I did not play the colored version (haven't even see it)but nothing could beat this one. The challenge is in the choice of picking a block that can keep the tower standing. Thank you for Jenga. Was this review helpful?

The age grouping of 8-12 is definitely limiting for this product. I am in my late 20's, and my friends and I enjoy this product, with a twist. Pulling the blocks and restacking them is entertaining, but we believe we have improved on the game. On each block we write a number, and on a piece of paper, we write the numbers in a list. For each number, we write a direction that has to be followed by whoever picks that particular block. For example, if someone picks #15, they look at the sheet of paper for the instruction corresponding to that number. We have instructions such as "stand on your head," "run around the house three times," and "pick another block." This makes the game even more interesting and each group of players can make up their own set of instructions. This way, the instructions will be personalized and for the correct age range. Have fun! This is one of the all-time favorite ice breakers. If you are having a dull party, just bring this game out and watch the fun roll out as well. It is also one of our favorite games for our weekly game nights. A must have! Was this review helpful?

I and my family really enjoy "Jenga". It was shipped on time and arrived on time. I gave it to my brother as a christmas present and he loves it. They play it all the time and everytime I come over. This game will get lots of use and will always be a crowd pleaser during holidays and birthdays. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Lost my instructions Friday, December 05, 2008 peggy from St. Louis,Mo.
I lost my instructions to the game but love to play with family and friends. I am pretty sure that I know the instructions but there are people in my family that like to cheat and make up their own rules! Could you send the instructions via email? Thanks! Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 They Love This! Friday, December 05, 2008 Kanini from Dallas/ Ft Worth Area
The only caution would be to keep an eye on the box. It's made for perfect storage of the game, but if they tear it opening it or smash it, it's rough to keep up with blocks and you basically have to rebuild it from scratch every time you get ready to use it. Lots of pieces, but also lots of fun. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Good classic family game! Friday, December 05, 2008 John from Australia
Our kids wanted this game - they had played it before and wanted to share with us. We can have such fun on our game nights playing this game - no complicated rules(unless we make them) - all ages...almost can participate. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Great fun Friday, December 05, 2008 Callie from Sanford, NC
My 8-year-old daughter loves this game. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to re-stack after each round. Was this review helpful?
