4 of 5 Great design concept, not so reliable. Tuesday, November 27, 2007 IT IT from sonoma, ca
Hands-free to your office phone is a great idea, it will make multitasking easiler. However, I found this product not reliable enough. Once a while you need to reset everything to make it working again. I have two users using the same model. It happens to both of them. But when it is working, it is very convinient. 5 of 5 Great Wireless Headset for Office Tuesday, September 25, 2007 Jen from Spokane, WA
I have been looking for a wireless headset for my office phone for about a year. I finally found this one. I was nervous buying a product that may or may not work with my office phone, but this plugged right in. The directions were easy to follow and my headset worked right away. I have a Nortel office phone system, which has a special place for a headset. This was definately a good purchase for me and I'm very happy with it! Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Good Value - Some Issues Thursday, September 13, 2007 Paul from Atlanta, GA
I purchased the Jabra T5330 to replace a Plantronics corded headset. The device setup is relatively easy, although I did have to do some tinkering with settings to get it working right. The headset is very light: both a plus (not heavy on your ear) and a minus (can flop around some no matter how much I fiddle with the over-the-ear piece). Unlike my previous wired headset, I do not find the Jabra T5330 especially comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. One other issue is that on 5-10% of my calls I experience severe echoing that the device settings can not overcome. The wireless aspect certainly frees me up to go to a filing cabinet or bookshelf in my office while on the phone. All in all a good value for the price, but may not be the best choice for someone who is on a headset 8+ hours a day. Was this review helpful?
