3 of 5 POOR Comfort! - Great function Tuesday, December 30, 2008
A Customer from Chaneler, AZ

Uncomfortable - but - The functions of the device are impecable, but it is uncomfortable. It doesn't hold to the ear well even when sitting still. Bending over or to the side will make it fall. I can tweak it to hold better, but can't wear it too long because it is extremely irritating. Very heavy as well. If there was a better system to hold it to my ear, I would have no issue! Shipping was quick and easy.

5 of 5 If you are in the market for a BlueTooth - This is Tuesday, November 25, 2008
Robert G from Dallas, Texas
I rarely take the time to write a review on a product. It is usually due to the fact that the product is so bad I feel a moral obligation to warn others before they make the same mistake I made. However, in this case I was pleasantly surprised by the Jabra BT8010. It does everything stated (and does it well). The product is easy to use, the sound quality is very good (both for transmitting and receiving) and it pairs well with all of my devices (laptop, LG EnV and Blackberry Storm). Again, if you are in the market for a stereo Bluetooth device (or just a Bluetooth period) this is a GREAT value.

5 of 5 Jabra BT8010 Bluetooth Headset Tuesday, October 14, 2008
Schaianne from Virginia
I am absolutely pleased with the Jabra BT8010 Bluetooth Headset. I wanted a Stereo Bluetooth that did NOT go IN my ear, nor one that was like a regular plug-in headset that sits on your head. I find it comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time and the battery life is wonderful. The one thing I really didn't like was the fact that I had to download files in order to get the thing to play my music off of my phone. And, there are a few glitches every so often - like when I turn off the headset, sometimes I have to turn off the phone and restart it to recognize the headset again before I can use the call feature from the headset. Calls coming in and calls I make from the phone still go through the headset when that happens, but I can't just hit the button to make a call from it. Has happened a handful of times so it's not really been much of an issue. I am definitely happy with it overall and have been recommending it to friends.

5 of 5 Spectacular Stereo Headset Thursday, July 24, 2008
A Customer from AZ
I've had this Jabra Stereo Headset for about a month now, and it is the best headset I've ever had or used, stereo or mono. It is very easy to put on;just pull the ear hook down, hook it over your ear, then push it gently down ON your ear. It isn't meant to go IN the ear. It is much clearer than other headsets I've used and has a LONG use time. It also has great stereo sound when you connect the second headset. I LOVE the vibrate mode because a lot of times I can't hear my cell phone with all the surrounding noises when I'm out and about. It was easily the best value at $39 from buy.com.

5 of 5 ATT Tilt Using Jabra BT8010 Monday, July 14, 2008
Rick from Oklahoma City, OK
I wanted the Jabra BT8010 to work with my ATT Tilt's GPS so that I could hear turn by turn directions through the earpiece using Garmin Mobile XT software. It took a little experimentation, but it does work very well if you connect the headset 1st, then start Garmin. Sometimes you have to turn the stereo headset on and off in Bluetooth Connectivity on the Tilt to get it to sync with the software. The Jabra BT8010 is also great for music with the additional earpiece, and works great for voice dialing while driving. Not the most comfortable earpiece, but it does what I want it to do in the car.

2 of 5 Not an ideal music solution Tuesday, February 12, 2008
A Customer from New York, NY
Sound quality is terrible for music, though it is fine for phone use. Charger wall wart is of a poor design. Bulky and unbalanced. The cord permanently attached to the second earpiece could be an early point of failure. Display is less than ideal. Clear text, but small, and of course can't be read while actually wearing the headset. Price wasn't bad, though. And as a handsfree headset, it works really well.

5 of 5 It is Nice to be Heard Sunday, February 03, 2008
Nate from Virginia Beach, VA
While on the go, I purchased the Jabra BT125 since a lost ear bud rendered my previous Bluetooth useless. I received no complaints about reception from callers while using the Jabra and enjoyed being heard for such a low cost investment. Well, that was short lived since I misplaced the BT125 so I researched and purchased the Jabra BT8010. I thought the price was reasonable. I was truly impressed with the product. It came with an attachable earpiece for the opposite ear to provide stereo music. I quickly stored that away since that didn't interest me. The BT8010 is not perfect, but, in my opinion, it is clearly better than all other products and I am truly satisfied. One nice feature is that the unit remains dark, even during use. It does lights up to indicate relevant information and even retains previous numbers you can later scroll. All the lights (actually a display panel with adjustable brightness) provide information, not just a blinking, so what indicator. My only complaint is cosmetic; the black model has a bright silver wheel that I do not consider appealing. Great product, great value, great performance. Jabra is definitely on track!

3 of 5 Jabra Head Phones Friday, January 25, 2008
Nodeb8 from New York
We bought this item to use on the cingular 8125. It does fine for the phone; listening to the music was entirely different, however. There are hoops to jump through that we simply don't understand and firmware that is required to download that seem too big for the cingular to handle. So, presently we are very disappointed and considered returning it, but we have heard that it is a nice headset and the size is great, thus the reason EASE OF USE & PERFORMANCE are low. If you can get it to do what you want it to do, VALUE is great.

1 of 5 Not able to wear the Jabra BT8010 Tuesday, January 22, 2008
jlsabo from Fremont, CA
I was so looking forward to receiving the Jabra BT 8010 after hearing the reviews, but the device does not fit comfortably on my ear. Unfortunately I have misplace the paper work otherwise I would return the device. I have attempted to bend the earpiece in all directions but basically whatever I do the earpiece does not fit my ear. I have attempted to reach Jabra to see if they have another adapter, but the form I have tried to use on line does not allow me to do that. I have not tried to call the company yet, but bottom line is that I cannot wear the headset so it is useless to me.

5 of 5 Solid headset Wednesday, September 26, 2007
A Customer from New York, NY
I have a problem with headsets not being loud enough primarily due to the way they fit my ear. While the BT8010 isn't a perfect fit for me, it's loud enough that it works well enough for me. The blue tooth connection is very stable especially when compared to other BT headsets I've used. Turning off the vibrating alert makes the battery last a minimum of a day of constant wear with a at least a couple hours of talk time. I no longer commute by public transportation so I don't have much use for the stereo feature, but that said in testing I found the sound quality to be only acceptable, definitely not a match for a decent pair of wired earphones. I should also mention that the ear hanger part tends to separate from the headset rather easily. I returned a jawbone and several mid and low end headsets before deciding to keep the BT8010. Overall it's a good unit and I would recommend trying it, I just ordered a second one for a friend.
