It's a great headset. The item was shipped fast and packaged well. The item in not new as stated but refurbished based on the instructions from the mfg. For the price it is still worth it. I could not tell that the headset was used in any way! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Straight out of the package, I'm loving the device Friday, October 09, 2009

The shipment came from SF Planet, and they shipped really quickly! Included all the ear gels, USB, and AC charger, and manual. There are reviewers who said the USB and the device slot were too tight, I did not feel that at all. Everything fit smoothly. It paired well with my BB 9530. I did choose a different ear gel, but it fit very comfortable and secure in my ear. I am a gymnast and I put it to the test by doing a simple cartwheel and to my surprise it was still in my ear (without the ear hook!) I have made two test calls from this device and both receivers of my calls said I sounded clear and they could not hear any background noise, I have not yet tested the sound in a large crowd environment, so I cannot review on that portion of the manufacture claim. I have only had this device for a short time, so I will see how the long term effects play out, but so far I am very satisfied. Was this review helpful?
