5 of 5 Great Product! Wednesday, February 27, 2008
Bob from Murfreesboro, N.C.

I was very pleased with the performance and value of the Jabra BT 250 headset. The price was very competitive and free shipping made it an exceptional value. It actually arrived earlier than anticipated and works extremely well. I will not hesitate to purchase again from Buy.com.

1 of 5 Not satisfied with BT250VR Bluetooth Thursday, January 31, 2008
D. Harris from Corpus Christi, Texas
Has lots of static. Have a hard time finding phone button to answer because of its location. (I had another around-the-ear- bluetooth, the BT500 and it was on the tip of the microphone -- much better). I have had to pair to my cell phone twice, and now will not pair at all. I also have to hold my phone up closer to my ear in order to get a good reception, which of course defeats the purpose of "hands free" while driving. Will be returning very soon.

5 of 5 Best Bluetooth available Wednesday, January 30, 2008
Jerry from Tallahassee, FL
I love my Jabra bluetooth. I had one previously through my company and when I left the company I immediately wanted one for my personal use. It is the most unobtrusive bluetooth on the market and it works great. I endorse it whole heartedy.

3 of 5 range issues Monday, January 28, 2008
A Customer from Bloomfield, Indiana
jabra 250 v claims to have 30 ft.range , distance as short as putting your phone opposite side to your jabra creates a static reception.

5 of 5 Finally, a bluetooth that fits Monday, January 07, 2008
Lynda from Eureka, CA
This bluetooth fits snuggly in my ear and doesn't feel as though it fill fall off at any second. The sound quality is really good for both the sender and receiver. I actually had someone ask me to speak softer into mine because it was working so well!

5 of 5 Jabra hasn't disappointed me yet! Wednesday, December 12, 2007
Tammie from Charleston, South Carolina
This is my second Jabra headset (I gave the first headset to my sister) and I must say, I LOVE this headset. Sometimes if I have the phone of the other side of my body, the reception gets grainy but it corrects itself almost immediately. The bluetooth is comfortable and fits my ear perfectly (I have some nice sized ears...lol). The price was unbeatable also, this retail for almost $60 in stores, I only paid $24. The ear vibration scares the bejesus out of me sometimes too..lol But overall, it is a great headset.

4 of 5 Jabra BT250VR Wednesday, December 12, 2007
PLMCRZE from Titusville, Fl.
Well, the Jabra BT250VR seems to work pretty well. I have not been able to get anywhere near 33 ft away, mostly 10 ft, & if the phone (8525) is not on the same side of your body as the Bluetooth, it gets stadic. Other than that it works very well in the car. People say they can hear me very well & I can hear them very well. My ears are a bit small, so the Bluetooth is slightly on the large side for me, but it still fits in the ear. If I wear it for a long time, the ear piece digs into my ear a bit, but it's not a custom made product, so I guess I'll have to deal with it. The vibrating mode is soooo kewl. Now I can receive calls w/o anyone knowing it in meetings. To sum it up, I am happy with my purchase & I got a great deal on it from Buy.com.

5 of 5 Best yet!! Wednesday, November 28, 2007
Hal from Monroe, NY
I've used several Bluetooth devices and this one has been the best so far. Above average sound quality in both directions and connects with my motorola phone better than any of the motorola devices I've had. The vibe feature takes some getting used to, but overall it's a great product.

3 of 5 not that great Tuesday, November 27, 2007
A Customer from Ithaca, NY
It fits well and the controls are easy to use. However, it has a very hard time getting a good signal from phone to headset. Other reviews state that you have to wear the phone and the headset on the same side of your body. I find that I can't leave the phone attached to my belt and have to either clip my phone to the front of my shirt or carry the phone in my shirt pocket. It could be the BlackBerry I'm using, but I've had other bluetooth headsets that have worked OK.

5 of 5 JABRA Bluetooth Headset Tuesday, September 25, 2007
Gladys Macdonald from Big Bear City, California
This was well worth the money. It is the best one I hav used todate. It is a little heavy on my ear so that makes it a little difficult to use but otherwise I am very happy I purchased it.

5 of 5 Great Battery Life Wednesday, August 15, 2007
Kevin Scrogham from Butler, MO
I am very impressed with the battery life on this compared to an Motorola H700 I bought. I do not wear or use the Jabra everyday, but I carry it in case I am going to drive or need it for hands free use. So far I have found the device to keep the charge when not in use and shut off. The H700 would be dead if I carried it a week and did not use it. I do have some hearing loss and the Jabra BT250VR comes with 2 different ear pieces and the longer one helps me to hear very well even in less than ideal surrondings. The only strange thing I have noticed is when I use the Jabra, my Slvr's ringtone is changed, but that everything works fine. I would highly recommend the Jabra BT250VR.

4 of 5 Not Excited but Satisfied Monday, August 13, 2007
Michael from West Palm Beach, FL
I had heard good things about Jabra from co-workers so I thought I would give this headset a try. Pro's - Battery life on this unit is amazing. Sound quality is good. Easy to setup and operate. Con's - Answered calls sometimes can not hear me. Drains the battery on my phone quickly. Signal gets poor when phone is on the other side of my body. Making a phone call while driving a 6 speed manual transmission just became fun again. I think I would have been happier with one of the higher priced models by this company. Overall... It's not a bad headset. It was worth the price listed here. Don't spend a dime more than you have to on this model. Buy it on Buy.com

1 of 5 Sorry, but it sucked Monday, August 13, 2007
Paul from Philadelphia, PA
Not only did the earpiece start falling apart right after I got it, the words I hear in the earpiece are grainy at best, plus people can't hear me on the other end!! If it weren't so cheap I'd go after getting my $$$ but it's not worth the hassle.

4 of 5 Why look like a BORG when you can hide this stylis Monday, August 06, 2007
Bill from Kirkwood, NY
Great in the car, and comfortable to wear for long periods. I have actually worn this mountain biking under my helmet and even an endo over the handlebars did not knock it off my ear! (It survived the sweat very well too.) Much better than having a "c*ckroach" clipped to your ear. Battery life is excellent, although like most Bluetooth headsets it will suck your phone dry pretty fast. Two shortcomings: 1)If you turn it off and pocket it, it has a tendency to turn itself on due to the Power button placement, which can cause you to miss a received call (pick up your phone, start talking, the other person can't hear you because the Jabra is ON in your pocket.) I solve this by hanging on a shirt button or collar when I take it off. 2)If you already have your voice dial shortcuts programmed through your phone, the Jabra sometimes makes it difficult to voice dial without reteaching the voice dial using the Jabra. (This is stated in the Jabra manual) Workaround would be to reteach the phone book, or just use it to receive calls (which is really what I wanted it for anyway). All in all, a great, rugged, comfortable headset!

4 of 5 Price is right Monday, August 06, 2007
A Customer from NY
Among all the headset this one is better than Motorolla, Plantronic. I have all of them and the reception is poor. Jabra BT250VR has clear reception except bluetooth connection is weaker than Motorolla and Plantronic. The distance from head to waist give static reception. Over all performance is better than other brand.

5 of 5 Great Bluetooth Sunday, July 29, 2007
Dave B from Adrian, MI
I tried 2 of the motorola bluetooth devices (H500 & H700) and neither one worked well. With one I could hear well but I sounded like I was in a tunnel when I talked to others and the other was difficult to hear people calling me. I used the Jabra products before and really liked their corded models but I originally thought the BT250 was too bulky. Was I wrong. This device fits better around my ear and is incredibly easy to use. Immediately I sold 2 friends of mine on this product. They both used the H700 and really didn't care for it but really liked the design and ease of use of the BT250. I should have stuck with Jabra originally since they are the leaders in cellphone headset technology!! Great job Jabra!!

5 of 5 Great headset! Friday, July 13, 2007
A Customer from Cypress, Ca
I bought the jabra 250 about two weeks ago and everything has been working well. The only thing I don't like is the custom fit on my ear because the ear piece doesn't really inside your ear, but rather just hangs. The sound quality is the best yet. I bought other bluetooth sets before this one and it's incomparable. I hear very loud and clear from call to call. This particular jabra was cnet's top editor choice, so I took their word for it, and I'm glad I purchased the jabra. Overall, it's a great headset if you can buy it at a valuable price. I bought mine at $... (including shipping), but buy.com is now offering it at around $... with shipping. Hope this review helped.

5 of 5 Going on 2 years.. Wednesday, July 04, 2007
Mark from Colorado
I have owned this Jabra BT250V headset for almost 2 years and use it with my Motorola phone. This is by far the most comfortable headset for wearing it all day, It does have a limitation for clear reception only when worn on the same side of the body as the phone otherwise the clarity suffers. This is one of the only models that fit inside your motorcycle helmet, if that is a consideration for you..

5 of 5 Jabra BT250VR Bluetooth Headset Tuesday, July 03, 2007
A Customer from Prescott Valley, AZ
I needed a headset that would be comfortable on my ear and work without any hassles with my Mac G5 when using Skype. I owned another Jabra headset but it had problems. This Jabra headset meets all my expectations. The only downside is that I can't get farther away from my Mac than about six feet, and my office space is larger than that. This is way better than any other wireless headset I've tried for comfort, convenience, ease of use, and price.

4 of 5 Jabra works well for the money Tuesday, July 03, 2007
A Customer from Snohomish, WA
This Jabra is my first, so I didn't know what to expect from it. I bought it for the vibrating alert, and it works great. I can't always hear the high pitched tones of cell phones, so the vibrating alert is what I needed. The clarity of the calls are a bit above average. This model tends to like a line of sight between the cell phone and the Jabra to work best. All in all a good value for the price.

4 of 5 Easy to use, good quality – would have been perfec Tuesday, July 03, 2007
N from Farmington Hills,MI
I have used my headset for less than a week. So far it’s been good. It was easy to setup and easy to use. Sound quality is great. However its not very comfortable to wear, my ear hurts after about 20-30 minutes after wearing it – I don’t use it much so this is not an issue for me. One strange thing - my unit was switched on inside the packaging, when I received it. Also, after looking at the packaging carefully, I could have sworn it was refurb. But I don’t know that for sure. It had all the parts listed on the box and works well so im not sending it back. Overall it’s a good value for money.

4 of 5 Jabra BT250 Vibrating Bluetooth Headset Wednesday, May 30, 2007
Madmax from San Jose, CA
Overall feedback - good headset.

Positives - Good clarity, ease of use and tucks well behind the ear unlike the other headsets which are geeky over the ear.

Few Negatives - You have to have the phone on the same side as your headset otherwise the headset makes distorting noises and the clarity is compromised. Other negative is while you are lifting the headset to answer the phone, accidently you make end the call as well.

Overall happy with the purchase.

4 of 5 Very comfortable headset. Monday, January 29, 2007
A Customer from Fort Myers, Fl
I purchased this headset with the intention of wearing it all day. I had bought a Motorola prior to this one that sits on the outside of your ear with a clip. I didn't find it very comfortable after an hour or two. The Jabra fits very well around your ear and is very lightweight. The buttons are pretty easy to find once you get use to them. The vibrating feature is nice if you want to silence the phone and the headset but I found it a little annoying. The only gripe I've found is it could be a little louder. This could vary with different phone but I keep my volume at full all the time, especially when driving. Overall, this headset is a great value and looks less obvious when you wear it than the clip on type. I would recommend it to anyone with a Bluetooth phone.
