The turntable is great for transferring vinal records to the computer and ipod. It is the best price for this from buy.com compared to other stores. It is really easy to use and well worth every dollar especially if you have alot of great music on vinal that you can listened to via the computer or ipod.

We bought the Ion USB Turntable so my wife could convert our collection of about 200 vinyl records to CDs that she could listen to in her car. My wife has a laptop which she uses only for email and Google Earth. She is not computer savvy, but she was able to understand the instructions and successfully pursue her objective of converting the records while doing a very difficult puzzle. She enjoyed immensely listening to the old records while they played and were transmitted to the laptop. The software is easy to use and does what it's supposed to do. We heartily recommend this item.
